The Dixie Gem Peach Scholarship Organization is proud to unveil their new website at www.dixiegempeach.com. The website, still a work in progress, will be home to pageant history and historical photos in addition to upcoming events.
“We are really pleased to see it finally leap off the computer screen. Our new website is a giant leap forward and will help showcase the fundraising efforts of our winners and highlight their many accomplishments on the road to the Miss Louisiana’s Outstanding Teen and the Miss Louisiana pageants,” said pageant co-executive director Joe Pat Price. “The website has and will continue to be a labor of love by many who have fond memories of this long-running Peach Festival event.”
Designed by the team at Spring Media USA, the website also introduces new branding for the Dixie Gem Peach pageant. Graphic designer Ryan Lord incorporated elements of peaches and gems (Dixie Gem is a type of peach) into a modern brand look that is sure to be another award-winner for the boutique marketing firm located in Ruston, LA.
The pageant board is now on the hunt for photos and biographical information to add to the website about each of the past titleholders of Queen Dixie Gem and Princess Peach. If you have information or historical photos of past pageant events, please contact the website administrator.
